How to make vegan chicken
Follow these 5 easy steps to create vegan plant based chicken:
PLANT NOT CHICKEN
1. Boil 250ml of water and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

2. Add the water to the dry mixture and stir until the mixture pulls away from the bowl.

3. Place the dough onto a surface and knead for 2 minutes until combined then break into 4 pieces and form into fillet shapes.

4. Wrap each piece in foil and steam on medium-high for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.

5. Remove from the heat and unwrap the foil. Leave to cool completely.

Now dig in and enjoy your plant based chicken!
Use in replacement of "chicken" in just about any dish!
