How to make vegan Ham
Follow these 5 easy steps to create vegan plant based Ham:
PLANT NOT HAM
1. Boil 280ml of water and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

2. Add the water to the dry mixture and stir until the mixture pulls away from the bowl.

3. Place the dough onto a surface and knead for 2 minutes until combined and form into a log shape.

4. Wrap it with foil, twisting the ends, and steam on medium- high for 35 minutes. Turn halfway through.

5. Remove from the heat and unwrap the foil. Leave to cool completely.

Now dig in and enjoy your plant based ham!
