  • My package is marked as delivered but I have not received it
    If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received , please reach us by email at hello@the-green-vegan.com or fill in our contact form by clicking the button below. Please note –The Green Vegan is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect shipping address. Please ensure you have the entered the correct shipping address during checkout!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently do not ship internationally.
  • I checked my tracking info and my package has not moved
    All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 if selected at checkout. Royal Mail deliveries are Monday to Saturday and aim to deliver in two to three working days. ​ The Tracked 24 service is next working day, Monday to Saturday. If your package has not arrived within the delivery time frame, please reach us by email at hello@the-green-vegan.com or fill in our contact form by clicking the button below.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept payments through ShopPay, Stripe, Amazon Pay and Klarna Pay Later. Card accepted are Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, and all major debit or credit cards.
  • How long will it take for delivery?
    Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days after you place an order, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Royal Mail deliveries are Monday to Saturday and aim to deliver in two to three working days. An option to upgrade to Tracked 24 is available at checkout.
  • How do I track my order?
    On the website homepage, click on ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page. Login using your username and password. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, track your orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and change your password. We dispatch every order with tracked delivery service and once your order is processed, we send the email to your given email address with the courier and tracking number details.
  • How do I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
    If you have made an error when ordering your goods please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@the-green-vegan.com or fill in our contact form by clicking the button below. Please note, once your parcel has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes to your order.
  • What is your policy regarding refunds?
    We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • What is The Green Vegans policy on security & privacy?

  • Cancel an order
    If you want to cancel an order, please contact us soon as possible by email at hello@the-green-vegan.com or fill in our contact form by clicking the button below. Please note, once your order has been dispatched we are unable to intercept.
  • What is the shelf life of your products?
    The shelf life of our products vary. For specific product/expiry information please contact us by email at hello@the-green-vegan.com or fill in our contact form by clicking the button below.
  • How do I store The Green Vegan proteins to maintain their freshness?
    If dry, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness. If made, see product information on how best to store.
  • Are your products allergen-free?
    We provide allergen information on each product's description page. Please read the product details and labels carefully to identify any allergens.
  • Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
    All of our packaging is recyclable and eco-friendly. Please reuse or recycle this where possible. Our bags are made from eco-friendly, carbon-neutral polythene and are fully recyclable and 95% renewable.
